Eucharistic Adoration begins at 8:00 am immediately after the 7:30 am Mass & closes at 11:30 am with Benediction.
Jesus is truly present in the most Holy Eucharist, & we are blessed with the opportunity to worship Jesus through the Adoration of the most Holy Eucharist. In Eucharistic Adoration, the Eucharistic Host (the Body of Jesus) is placed in a gold monstrance to be adored.
We believe Jesus to be truly present in the most Holy Eucharist & we believe that at each celebration of the Mass, bread & wine are truly transformed into the Body & Blood of Jesus Christ & He comes to be present with us not only spiritually, but physically. In the Eucharist Jesus is just as present with us in the form of bread & wine, as He was in the form of a man 2000 years ago.
A Sign-Up Sheet will be in the vestibule of the church at the end of each month, with time slots in 30 minute increments.
The exposed Blessed Sacrament can't be alone for any period of time, so please consider committing to one or more of the time slots. If you wish to volunteer for a particular 30 minute slot, please sign up or contact the parish office.
